It is our intentions and dedications that influence sound and vibration most intensely.

We immediately know when someone is 'singing from the heart' and the vibratory effects are different. There is a potency, an integrity that reaches us deeply and bypasses the mind.  In fact when we sing or make sound 'from the heart' we are traveling the dimensions and bringing certain energy into the sound. This is what shaman and holy people of every ancient tradition in the world have done for generations.  We become aligned and coherent.

The crystal bowls are programmed or tuned for the highest healing of all – all Life,  Pachamama – the Cosmos, -  the highest healing of all beings, for Forgiveness, Ho'opono pono, gratefulness and honouring all life as sacred. The sound is attuned or dedicated to the highest healing of everyone in the listening field.

The crystal bowls are made of 98.9% silicon quartz, which comes from our Mother Earth. The healing sound is dedicated, tuned or programmed to our beautiful Mother Earth. Everything we have comes from our sacred mother Earth. We receive so many blessings from our Earth The pure sound is dedicated also to honouring all our ancestors creating an ever deepening circle of healing and connection. As we honour them this enables them to bless and protect us.

The crystal sound is also dedicated for forgiveness and acceptance of what is. When we forgive, we accept what is, and then we can see the bigger picture, learn and grow. It does not mean we continue to place ourselves in situations of pain. As we learn we free ourselves, and others, from patterns of pain we no longer need to act out.
This brings us back to the vibration of emanating love to all beings; to being love, which is our true nature. (This is really what Ho’opono pono is)

The essence of the healing of my crystal bowls is expressed in these prayers and dedications below...

The Peace Offering... The crystal blessing... Precious petals...
Surrender, go into relaxation, into Source, your Divinity, into Oneness and Peace
Deep Peace...
Smiles, hugs, joy. No more strangers, everyone a longlost friend, whether they know it or not.
Listen to the whisper, hear your fondest dreams.
Blossom and grow, with space to make mistakes and the Grace and wisdom to learn from them.
Forgiveness, acceptance of ourselves and others.
Compassion. Heart-opening Love...
Deep love...Infinite Love.
Trust, trust in healing.
Your pain is my pain. My joy is your joy. We are One Body.
There is sweetness, respite, hope and clarity.
Remembering, deep remembering... it's time to wake up.
Awaken. The end of disremembering.
Calling forth gentle revolution into strength for change, returning to co-operation.
Flourishing of co-operation and Grace.
Honouring our beautiful Earth. We belong to her. Honouring all living things.
Return of ancient ceremony when God comes forth invited and expected.
The whispers of hidden dreams and longings.
Dancing, laughing. No longer forgotten. It's never too late.
Communion and community.
Let healing, truth and love flow through us as we become vessels and servers
for more love and healing for this Earth and for all Life everywhere.
Love, deep Love, infinite Love to you.

(I wrote this crystal blessing in 2001 and it is on the cover of my Precious Petals CD)
The Prayer of Saint Francis
Lord, make me an Instrument of your Peace,
Where there is hatred, let me sow Love
Where there is injury… Healing
Where there is doubt…Faith
Where there is despair… Hope
Where there is darkness… Light
Where there is sadness… Joy
O Divine Master
Grant that I may not so much seek
To be consoled… as to console
To be understood… as to understand
To be loved… as to love
For it is in giving, that we receive
It is in forgiving, that we are forgiven
It is in dying… that we are born to eternal life.
The Bodisatva prayer
May I be a guide for all who are protectorless,
A guide for those who journey on the road,
For those that wish to go across the water,
May I be a boat, a raft, a bridge.
For all those ailing in the world,
Until their every sickness has been healed,
May I myself become for them
The doctor, nurse, the medicine itself.
Our Father  ...
Our Father/ Mother, God/Goddess,  All that is /Divine Oneness / Great Mystery/ Creator
Hallowed...and Holy... be thy Name
Thy Kin...dom come, where all are in their true sovereignty, oneness, family, belonging .... Being cherished... And at peace.
Thy will be done, On our blessed Earth as in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread, the fruits of nature, delicious food,
Joy, Abundance, Flow, vibrant health and Life.
Forgive us our mistakes, judgements and illusion
As we forgive those who may have hurt us in their unknowing, mistakes, illusion and separation.
And lead us into a life fully lived in life and love
And deliver us from density and lead us into our light and into remembering our true heritage
Support us in growing and evolving into light, wholeness, Joy, shining-bright love, compassion and mercy.
For thine is the Kin...dom, the power and the glory that is also ours
for ever and ever

I’m sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank You,
I love you

(the longer original Ho'opono pono prayer)
O Divine creator, father, mother, son as one…
If I, my family, relatives and ancestors have offended you,
your family, relatives and ancestors
in thoughts, words or deeds and actions
from the beginning of our creation to the present,
we ask your forgiveness…
Let this cleanse, purify, release,
cut all the negative memories, blocks, energies and vibrations
and transmute these unwanted energies to pure light…
And it is done.
Delete, uncreate, transmute, transform across all dimensions, time and space into pure light and love.

OM, The imperishable sound, Is the seed of all that exists.
The past, the present, the future.-all are but the unfolding of OM.
And what ever transcends the three realms of time
That indeed is the flowering of OM.
Mandukya Upanishad

IN LAK’ECH (Mayan)

Tú eres mi otro yo.
You are my other me.
Si te hago daño a ti,
If I do harm to you,
Me hago daño a mi mismo.
I do harm to myself.
Si te amo y respeto,
If I love and respect you,
Me amo y respeto yo.
I love and respect myself.

Lakota prayer:

'Mitakuye Oyasin'
These two words mean “All My Relations” or “We are All Related”. To pray this prayer is to petition God on behalf of everyone and everything on Earth. Mitakuye Oyasin honors the sacredness of each person’s individual spiritual path, acknowledges the sacredness of all life (human, animal, plant, etc.) and creates an energy of awareness which strengthens not only the person who prays but the entire planet.

The most common definition of Ubuntu is the Nguni proverb: "Unmuntu Ngumuntu Ngabantu," or "A person is a person through other person'
Ubuntu: the essence of being human. 'I am what I am because of who we all are.'
When we live by the principles of Ubuntu, we know we are part of a greater whole.

Archbishop Desmond Tutu defines it this way:
'One of the sayings in our country is Ubuntu — the essence of being human. Ubuntu speaks particularly about the fact that you can’t exist as a human being in isolation. It speaks about our interconnectedness. You can’t be human all by yourself, and when you have this quality — Ubuntu — you are known for your generosity. We think of ourselves far too frequently as just individuals, separated from one another, whereas you are connected and what you do affects the whole World. When you do well, it spreads out; it is for the whole of humanity.'
